At Night Care, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide high-quality beauty and self-care products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The product is in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase or order number is provided.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or damaged personal care and beauty products cannot be returned unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued through bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or another mutually agreed payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used beauty and personal care products

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the return policy.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
