Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation via phone, WhatsApp, email, or SMS (where applicable).

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

• Major Cities: 2–4 business days

• Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days

• Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible locations across Pakistan.

Customers are requested to ensure that someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the delivery address.

Shipping Charges

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or order values.

Order Tracking

Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address information, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

To assist with your claim, please provide:
